A huge majority of her shots are filmed in a studio using bright lights and plain backgrounds.
She uses a chair to dance on and wears a an outfit that is quite sexualized showing her stomach. Typically, female artists wear these clothes to show 'disobedience' it attracts the male audience which makes the female audience look on her as a role model.
Close-up shots of her face are typical in a music video. In this case they are used to show the emotion in Britney's face and her 'come-back' from splitting with a boyfriend.
